2 Sport Chalet Visa Cardmembers will receive five (5) Sport Chalet Visa reward points for each dollar ($1) of net purchases made at Sport Chalet. This translates to 5% back on qualifying purchases. Reward points will not be awarded for net purchases during a statement period if the Account is not open and current on the statement date. Reward points earned on items that are later returned will be deducted from your account. Reward points will not be awarded for balance transfers, cash advances, other Account advances and other non-purchase transactions as defined in the Cardmember Agreement.

3 Action PassTM members earn one (1) Action PassTM point for each dollar ($1) spent on Sport Chalet merchandise, rentals and services. Action PassTM members receive a $10 Reward Certificate for every 300 Action PassTM points earned. This translates to 3.3% back on qualifying purchases. Points will not be awarded for sales tax, shipping charges or other excluded charges or on the purchase of Sport Chalet gift cards. Points earned on items that are later returned will be deducted from your account and any corresponding reward certificates may be invalidated. Points have no cash value. 5 Every 2,500 points earned on your Sport Chalet Visa Card will automatically be redeemed for a $25 Sport Chalet Visa Reward Certificate valid for use at Sport Chalet. Sport Chalet Visa Reward Certificates expire 90 days from date of issuance. Reward points expire five (5) years from the date earned. Complete terms and conditions for the Sport Chalet Visa Reward Program, including rules regarding net purchases, the redemption, expiration, loss or cancellation of points, awards, award thresholds, eligibility, or participation, and U.S. Bank's right to amend or terminate the Program are set forth in the Sport Chalet Visa Cardmember Agreement which will be provided to Sport Chalet Visa Cardmembers.
