Annual Account SummarySport Chalet Visa Card 

Your personalized Annual Account Summary is a comprehensive record of your 2009 credit card activity compiled into two easy-to-follow reports.
  • Year in Detail Report - gives you a specific record of each transaction, including the transaction date, merchant location and amount of each transaction within each category.
  • Monthly Category Summary - provides a month-by-month summary of your account activity by category.

Your Annual Account Summary will be available online for 6 months in Internet Banking where you can download, print and save your report.  A charge of $2.991  will be applied to your account in March 2010 when the Annual Account Summary becomes available.

To Order Your Annual Account Summary through Internet Banking (beginning November 1, 2009)

  1. Login to Internet Banking. Not an Internet Banking customer? Enroll Now.
  2. Select your credit card account from "Your Accounts".
  3. Click the "Order Annual Account Summary" icon.

Remember, you must place your order and enroll in Internet Banking (if you aren't already enrolled) no later than December 31, 2009.

This one-time order will eliminate the need for you to reorder your Annual Account Summary each year. To cancel an existing order, please call 866-637-0264 by December 31, 2009.

We may change APRs, fees, and other Account terms in the future based on your experience with U.S. Bank National Association ND and its affiliates as provided under the Cardmember Agreement and applicable law.
