Free Internet Banking offers many great time-saving features:

Make a payment to your account
AutoPay/WebPayWith Internet Banking, you have the flexibility to schedule a future payment, make a same day payment or sign up for AutoPay, where your payment is scheduled on the same day each month. To make a payment simply:
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select "Make a Payment" in the left-hand navigation
- Using the tabs across the top, select the type of payment you would like to make and proceed as directed.
Alternate Payment Options:PhonePay
Making a payment over the phone is easy! First you need to sign up for this option, and then each time you make a payment via our automated phone system, your next statement will reflect that payment. After you've set up PhonePay the first time, call Cardmember Service anytime before your payment due date—even on the due date if you call before 7 p.m. (CST). Have your Sport Chalet Visa card account number handy and follow the easy payment instructions. There is no charge for a payment made through our automated phone system1. To sign up for PhonePay just call 866-637-0264.

View your balances and transaction history
With Internet Banking, you can view your account balance and most recent transactions. You can also view the past 18 months of statements. -
Go paperless! Enroll to receive online statements only
View up to 18 months of statements online. You can also elect to discontinue receiving your paper statements in the mail. To stop your paper statements from being mailed to you:- Login to Internet Banking
- Select the "Online Statements" link on the "Your Account" page
- Follow the instructions to enroll
You will receive an Account Alert each month when your online statement is posted.

Stay informed with Account Alerts
Account Alerts notify you of important account activity, such as a low available balance or when a payment is due. You can set-up these alerts and select where you would like an email or text message notification delivered. The following alerts are available:- Online Statement Available
- Debit (Charge) Posted
- Credit (Refund) Posted
- Balance Exceeds Defined Amount
- Payment Posted
- Payment Due
- Payment Overdue
To setup an Account Alert:
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select "Alerts" from the left-hand navigation.

Security Alerts help stop potential fraud
Security Alerts notify you when sensitive personal information, like an ID or address, changes. These alerts do not require any set-up and are automatically delivered to your primary email address.You will be notified when the following events occur:
- Address or phone number changes
- Primary email address changes
- Internet Banking ID or Password changes
- ID Shield Changes (including setup, questions and answers or image/sound and phrase changes)
- Internet Banking ID and Password were disabled due to multiple, incorrect login attempts
- Login Assistance was requested to provide your Internet Banking ID
To change your primary email address:
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select "Your Profile" from the "Your Accounts" page

Overlimit Coverage Preferences
Sport Chalet Visa Signature Cardmembers:
Signature Cardmembers have no pre-set spending limit so Overlimit Coverage does not apply.Sport Chalet Visa Platinum Cardmembers:
You can request that we cover overlimit transactions by opting in to authorize transactions that exceed your Credit Limit. If you opt in and we permit you to go over your Credit Limit, we will charge you an Overlimit Fee. You will only pay one fee per billing cycle, even if you go over your Credit Limit multiple times in the same cycle. To learn more or change your Overlimit Coverage preferences:- Login to Internet Banking
- Select your Card account page
- Select "Overlimit Fee Preference" at the top of the page
- Review the information provided and make your selection
Alternatively, you may contact Cardmember Service at 866-637-0264 to change your preferences.

Transfer a balance
You can transfer the balance from your other credit cards.To Transfer a Balance:
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select your Card account page
- Select "Request a Convenience Check" on the top right
- Select "Transfer a balance from another credit card"
- Follow the simple instructions to request a Balance Transfer
Note: Rewards are not awarded for Balance Transfers.

Order Convenience Checks
Online Convenience Checks allow you to transfer balances or make payments to someone, and the amount will be billed to your Card. We'll even mail the check for you! You can also request that a booklet of checks be mailed directly to you.To Request Convenience Checks:
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select your Card account
- Select "Request a Convenience Check" on the top right
- Click the option that best suits your needs
- Follow the simple instructions to request a Convenience Check
Note: Rewards are not awarded for Convenience Checks.

Request a Credit Limit Increase
While logged into Internet Banking, you can request to have your credit limit increased:- Login to Internet Banking
- Select "Customer Service Center" from the left-hand navigation
- Select "Credit Card and Premier Line Account Options " from the options listed
- Select "Manage Your Credit Card or Premier Line Account " from the options listed
- Click on "Sport Chalet Visa® " under Retail Cards
- Select "Credit Limit Increase" and follow the easy steps to submit your request

Download up to 90 days of transaction data. Easy download formats include Quicken®, Microsoft® Money or Microsoft® Excel. -
